This is a nice early design right side MP38 40 magazine pouch in Heer Green web construction. It is constructed from green blended webbing material as seen on other period German WWII field gear. The stitching is all solid, and the leather is worn but functional, without any tearing. The rear is faintly marked MP 38 u. 40 with an ink stamp, without any other markings.
